How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

We respond to every enquiry within one business day. Feasibility requests typically receive a full response within five to seven business days.

For Participants

Is it safe to take part in a clinical trial?

Every study is reviewed and approved by an independent ethics committee and the national regulator before it starts. You will be closely monitored by qualified doctors throughout, and any risks will be explained to you before you agree to take part.

Will I be paid for taking part?

Study medicines, tests and visits are provided at no cost. Many studies reimburse travel expenses or compensate for your time, as approved by the ethics committee. Details are always explained in the informed consent form.

Can I leave a study once I have joined?

Yes. Participation is completely voluntary and you may withdraw at any time, for any reason, without affecting your regular medical care.

How is my personal information protected?

Your information is kept confidential and coded so that you cannot be identified in study data. Only authorised people such as the study team, monitors and regulators may see your records.

For Sponsors & CROs

How quickly can you deliver feasibility?

We usually deliver a site-by-site feasibility assessment with realistic enrollment projections within five to seven business days of receiving a protocol synopsis under NDA.

Do you support medical device investigations?

Yes. We support pilot, pivotal and post-market clinical investigations of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics in line with the Medical Devices Rules, 2017.

Can you work with overseas sponsors and CROs?

Absolutely. We regularly act as the local execution partner for international sponsors and CROs, supporting regulatory submissions, site management and monitoring in India.

What does your quality system look like?

We operate under a documented quality management system with SOPs, training records, internal audits, CAPA management and regular mock inspections at sites.
